Abstract

I am an HR professional with an MBA in Human Resource and Marketing Management from North Bengal University and currently work as an HRBP Executive at The Marriage Fit in Bengaluru. My experience spans across HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and stakeholder management. In my current role, I work closely with employees and business leaders to ensure smooth HR processes and create a positive employee experience. I have been involved in end-to-end recruitment, conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding activities, managing employee records, supporting performance reviews, and addressing employee concerns. I also organize employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Before moving into core HR, I gained experience in digital marketing, where I worked on campaign planning and execution. This exposure helped me develop strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, I have experience in tea garden management, where I handled workforce coordination and operational responsibilities, which strengthened my people management and leadership abilities. I am passionate about building strong employee relationships, improving workplace engagement, and aligning HR practices with business objectives. My strengths include effective communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. I enjoy taking ownership of responsibilities and continuously learning new aspects of HR and business management. I am currently looking for opportunities where I can further enhance my HRBP capabilities, contribute to organizational growth, and create meaningful employee experiences. With my blend of HR, marketing, and people management experience, I am confident in my ability to add value to any organization while continuing to grow as an HR professional.
