Bibliographic Data & Literature Citations
Accurate citations are the foundation of academic integrity. Every source cited in your manuscript must include complete bibliographic details, formatted strictly using the Bluebook 21st Edition the standard for all legal scholarship submitted to this journal.
Use Bluebook 21st Edition for all footnotes, case laws, statutes, and journal articles.
Cite only reputable sources peer reviewed journals, published books, and recognized legal databases such as SCC Online, Manupatra, or Westlaw.
All citations must be accurate, consistent, and verifiable.

Paper Format & Structure
This journal follows a double blind peer review process. Authors must structure their manuscript exactly as outlined below to protect reviewer and author anonymity.
Page 1 Title of the paper, author name(s), and institutional affiliation
Page 2 Abstract (150–250 words). Author details may appear on this page only
Page 3 onward Main manuscript content with no identifying information
Author names, affiliations, or acknowledgements must not appear anywhere in the main manuscript. Manuscripts that violate this will be returned before review.
Manuscript Formatting
All submissions must follow these formatting standards. Manuscripts that do not comply may be desk rejected without review.
Font: Times New Roman throughout
Body text: 12 pt — Footnotes: 10 pt
Spacing: 1.5 for body text — 1.0 for footnotes
Alignment: Fully justified
Headings: Clear and hierarchical — use H1, H2, H3 consistently
File format: MS Word (.docx) preferred
Infographics & Visual Exhibits
Authors are encouraged to include high quality visuals where they strengthen the analysis.
Include charts, graphs, tables, diagrams, or images where relevant
Number all visuals sequentially Table 1, Table 2 / Figure 1, Figure 2
Reference every visual within the manuscript text e.g., “As illustrated in Figure 1...”
Provide a clear caption and original data source for every visual
Submit images at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI

This journal holds all submissions to the highest standards of citation accuracy and scholarly integrity.

Source only from recognized academic journals, legal databases, or established publishers
Manuscripts with fabricated, incomplete, or incorrectly formatted citations may be returned for revision or rejected at editorial discretion
Strong, well sourced citations do not just satisfy a requirement. They significantly strengthen the credibility and persuasive force of your legal argument.
