Formatting Style
Manuscript Structure
- First page: Title of the paper, Author(s) name and affiliation
- Second page onward: Abstract (150–250 words). Note: Only in the abstract should author name and affiliation appear. The main manuscript must not contain any identifying information.
- Third page onward: Main content of the paper
Formatting Requirements
- Font: Times New Roman
- Body text size: 12 pt
- Footnote size: 10 pt
- Line spacing: 1.5 for body text; 1.0 for footnotes
- Text alignment: Justified
- Use clear headings and subheadings throughout
Citation Style
Authors must follow the Bluebook (21st edition) style for all footnotes and citations. Examples:
- Book: John Doe, Introduction to Constitutional Law, 2nd ed. (New Delhi: Legal Press, 2020).
- Journal: Jane Smith, "Human Rights in India," International Law Review 12, no. 2 (2019): 45–67.
