Formatting Style

Manuscript Structure

  • First page: Title of the paper, Author(s) name and affiliation
  • Second page onward: Abstract (150–250 words). Note: Only in the abstract should author name and affiliation appear. The main manuscript must not contain any identifying information.
  • Third page onward: Main content of the paper

Formatting Requirements

  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Body text size: 12 pt
  • Footnote size: 10 pt
  • Line spacing: 1.5 for body text; 1.0 for footnotes
  • Text alignment: Justified
  • Use clear headings and subheadings throughout

Citation Style

Authors must follow the Bluebook (21st edition) style for all footnotes and citations. Examples:

  • Book: John Doe, Introduction to Constitutional Law, 2nd ed. (New Delhi: Legal Press, 2020).
  • Journal: Jane Smith, "Human Rights in India," International Law Review 12, no. 2 (2019): 45–67.
