Peer Review Policy
Peer Review Policy
IJULR follows a double-blind peer review process, ensuring that both reviewer and author identities remain confidential. This system promotes impartiality, academic rigor, and unbiased evaluation of all submissions.
Key Features of the Peer Review Process
- All manuscripts are anonymized before being sent for review. Author names, email addresses, and institutional affiliations are removed to ensure complete confidentiality.
- Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent subject matter experts with relevant expertise in the field.
- Reviewers are selected based on their academic qualifications, research experience, and subject specialization.
- The review process is typically completed within 6–10 working days, depending on reviewer availability and the complexity of the manuscript.
- Reviewers evaluate manuscripts on the basis of originality, relevance, clarity, structure, and quality of research.
- Based on reviewer feedback, the editorial board may take one of the following decisions: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject.
- Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewer comments before final acceptance.
- The editorial board reserves the right to make the final decision regarding publication.
