Publication Ethics & Malpractice Statement
-
Editorial Board Responsibilities
Editorial board members review submitted manuscripts and provide expert academic opinions. They may intervene in cases where reviewers provide conflicting feedback to ensure a fair and balanced evaluation. The editorial board is responsible for making final decisions regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts. They ensure that the review and publication process is conducted efficiently and in accordance with the journal’s policies.
-
Ethical Responsibilities of Editorial Board
Editorial board members must evaluate all manuscripts impartially, without bias based on an author’s gender, religion, nationality, or institutional affiliation. They must maintain strict confidentiality and must not disclose or share manuscripts or communications with any third party. Editorial decisions must be based solely on the manuscript’s quality, originality, significance, and relevance to the journal’s scope. Editors must avoid any conflict of interest and recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where such conflicts exist.
-
Responsibilities of Authors
-
Original Work and Proper Referencing
Authors must submit only original and unpublished work and must properly acknowledge all sources used. Simultaneous submission to more than one journal is strictly prohibited. Manuscripts that have already been published elsewhere must not be submitted. Upon acceptance, the article may be published under a Creative Commons license for academic and non-commercial use.
-
Authorship Criteria
Only individuals who have made a genuine intellectual contribution to the research should be listed as authors. The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final manuscript.
-
Ethical Commitment
Authors must adhere to ethical standards in research and publication. Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or any form of academic misconduct is strictly prohibited. Authors must confirm that the manuscript is not under review elsewhere. If any error is identified after publication, authors must promptly inform the journal for correction or retraction.

Original Work and Proper Referencing
-
Important Guidelines
Manuscripts must not contain false allegations or personal attacks. Authors should avoid relying solely on media reports as legal evidence. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work does not violate copyright or legal rights of others. The journal reserves the right to archive or republish accepted work on appropriate platforms.
-
Plagiarism Policy
The journal follows a strict zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism. All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools. Only manuscripts consisting of original work, free from uncited or copied content, will be considered for publication.
-
AI-Generated Content Policy
Authors must disclose the use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, translation tools) in the preparation of the manuscript. AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Manuscripts heavily dependent on AI-generated content, with minimal human intellectual contribution, may be rejected. AI tools may be used for language assistance or technical support; however, intellectual ownership must remain with the author(s).
